We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Significantly different from what was described
To initiate a return, please WhatsApp us with your order ID and a photo of the item. We'll sort it out quickly.

- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn and show signs of use
- Items damaged due to mishandling or improper care
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
